AMBULANCE & AFTER HOUR EMERGENCIES

We are very proud to be able to offer our clients an ambulance and after hour emergency service.

Our ambulance is available to collect and return animals during our normal practice hours. Treatments, bandage changes, and general procedures can be easily completed, we will be delighted to take your furry family member home once they have been attended to. This is ideal for clients who are unable to transport their own pets or who are unavailable to bring them to the practice themselves.

When and where possible, we can send a vet to your home for a Home Visit. We do however prefer to bring them in to the practice where we are able to make use of all the necessary facilities as we need it.

We have a vet on call for any emergencies after hours. This provides peace of mind for our clients who do not feel comfortable leaving their pets until the practice opens. The attending vet will meet you at the practice to attend to your pet.

Please note that the ambulance service is not available after hours. Clients are required to bring their pets in to the practice where the vet on duty will be able to attend to your pet.
